Professional Bio
Brett is the Senior Vice President for Supervisor for Fairfield Residential in the Pacific Northwest Region/San Jose/Inland Empire/Houston. Fairfield Residential Company LLC is among the largest and most successful multifamily real estate operating companies in the U.S. They are privately held and provide acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, redevelopment, property management, asset management, and disposition services to their clients. Brett has worked in the real estate management field since 1996. Prior to joining Fairfield Residential, Brett spent time with Holland Residential, Essex Property Trust and spent nine years as the Director of Asset Management for Senior Housing Assistance Group. Brett earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation in 2015, and earned the CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management®. Mr. Stevens holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
