Daniel Vander Kooi has been working with property management companies and in the apartment industry since 2010. He has a vast knowledge of the risks that pertain to investors and property managers that take place everyday at their properties. His main concern is to protect the large financial investment of the property owners, the reputation and ease of doing business for property managers while making sure his apartment investors and managers are getting the best risk management services and policies out on the market today.
