A Proud and Vibrant Association

Dear WMFHA Members,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I thank you for your membership in this association.  At last month's Business Exchange, it was evident to me that we have a vibrant and proud association and a wonderful WMFHA Team.  There were lots of smiles, great conversations, and excitement around the prospect of Members using Members.

I’d also like to spotlight the group of members and WMFHA Team representatives that went to our nation’s capital to Advocate on behalf of our industry the last week of March.  In particular, Ryan Makinster, WMFHA’s Director of Government Affairs, was tireless in his efforts to represent the interests of the multifamily housing industry in our state.  With your support of WMFHA, you help Ryan and the rest of the team advocate, educate, and celebrate this industry.

I’d like to send our thanks to all the suppliers and members that registered for the WMFHA Invitational.  To sell out in less than three minutes certainly shows how excited we all are to get together and have some fun.  Lastly, I’d like to remind all of our Emerald Award individual nominees that the judging/secret shop process happens throughout May.  So, of course, we should always be doing our best in our roles but May is when you want to shine brightest.
