Greg Willett - Chief Economist, RealPage, Inc.
Greg Willett serves as chief economist of RealPage, Inc., facilitating the alignment of the firm’s technology and analytics solutions with rental housing sector needs and opportunities that evolve alongside shifting economic conditions, demographics and market performance levels. Greg also heads the research and analysis team at MPF Research, the market intelligence division of RealPage. He is well versed on rental housing market fundamentals and activity nationally, by metro and in individual neighborhoods. Greg is active in industry organizations such as the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute and the National Apartment Association. He provides commentary for national and local business media as well as numerous news and information sources focused specifically on the real estate and rental housing markets.
Greg began his tenure in the multifamily industry as a data analyst and later served as a research consultant specializing in feasibility evaluations of new apartment community development and existing property acquisition. He holds a bachelors from Western Kentucky University and a masters from Southern Methodist University.
Mike Scott - Principal, Dupre & Scott - Seattle
Mike Scott and his wife Patty Dupre created Dupre + Scott Apartment Advisors to provide the Puget sound region with apartment market and investment research. They have worked together for more than 35 years, publishing research on rents, vacancies, expenses, sales, and other information. They have also given back to the industry through their participation in numerous associations, teaching, and sharing their market observations with industry organizations. Mike has spoken at the Washington Apartment Outlook for the past 9 years.
