A company that manages or owns rental property in Washington state.

Management company annual dues are $395 for Western WA membership or statewide management companies. Eastern WA management company annual dues are $275.

During member registration, please consider donating $200 to the WMFHA Political Action Committee (PAC).

In 2023 we will begin migrating members from an anniversary renewal to a calendar renewal. This means your 2023 renewal invoice may be prorated for less than a full year, and then you will be invoiced for a full year due January 1, 2024.

A multifamily community in Washington state.

Western WA annual dues are a $295 base fee plus $2.95 per unit. Eastern WA annual dues are $195 base fee plus $1.95 per unit.  

During member registration, please consider donating between $100 - $200 to the WMFHA PAC.

Supplier Member

A company that supplies goods and services to the rental housing industry in Washington.

Annual dues are $695 for an industry supplier company serving Western WA and/or statewide. Annual dues for industry suppliers serving only Eastern WA are $350.

*There is a $100 reinstatement fee for memberships who rejoin after cancelling or being suspended for non-payment.
