Management Companies and Rental Property Owners

Benefits of a Management Company and Property Membership include:

Annual Dues:

Management Company annual dues are $345 for Western Washington or statewide Management Companies. Eastern Washington Management Company annual dues are $250.  Become an All-In member by signing up all properties in Washington of 50 or more units as Property Members and receive full benefits of All-In membership.

We encourage an optional annual contribution to the WMFHA Political Action Committee (PAC) of $100. 

Member benefits of Management Company members extend to corporate office employees only. 


Property Members

Benefits of a supplier membership include:

  • Legislative Advocacy and support at the state, local and national levels.  
  • Educational Opportunities to enhance career development.  
  • Networking Events designed to share information on best practices and build personal relationships.
  • Membership Directory and Resource Guide listings allow members to do business with each other. 
  • Access to convenient legal rental forms unique to Washington.
  • Provide rewarding opportunities to volunteer and give back to the industry.
  • Free Membership in the National Apartment Association.

Annual Dues:

Property Member annual dues are a $260 base fee plus $2.50 per unit for all properties in Western Washington. 

Eastern WA Propert Member annual dues are $170 base fee plus $1.60 per unit.  

We encourage an optional annual contribution to the WMFHA Political Action Committee (PAC) of between $100 - $175 annually for properties.


Supplier Members

Benefits of a supplier membership include:

  • Access to our growing membership of property management companies, owners and communities.
  • Product and Services Directory offers visibility to property management members who want to use association members for services.
  • Networking Opportunities where relationships and partnerships often begin and take shape.
  • Trade Shows, Educational Conferences and Expositions allow for members to display products and services to industry representatives.
  • Supplier’s Council representation on the Board of Directors and with association staff.  
  • Advertising and sponsorship opportunities to market brand exposure in order to highlight services and benefits to your desired target audience.
  • Join a Committee and learn first-hand knowledge in an area of your interest and best benefit.
  • Educational classroom opportunities, often along-side management personnel.

Annual Dues:

Supplier member annual dues are $650 for an industry supplier company serving Western Washington and/or statewide.

Annual dues for industry suppliers serving Eastern Washington only are $325.  

We encourage an optional annual contribution to the WMFHA Political Action Committee (PAC) of $75.
