WMFHA Board of Directors
WMFHA is led by a volunteer board of directors appointed by its membership.
Leaders within their own companies, members of the WMFHA Board of Directors volunteer their time, experience, and knowledge to further the collective interests and needs of the multi-family housing industry. Consisting of up to 20 members, the Boards primary responsibility [as a governing body] is to provide budgetary oversight, ensuring financial stability and proper stewardship of members funds, and to provide strategic guidance and direction when it comes to issues and concerns that affect every single member of WMFHA. No more than one representative from a company can serve on the Board concurrently, and Board nominees go through a rigorous interview process to ensure they possess the right qualifications and qualities required of the directorship, with a final vote by the general membership required to approve selections.
