Each year Washington Multi-Family Housing Association’s (WMFHA) members gather to learn, connect, and grow at the Education Conference and Exposition (EdCon). This event is held at the Meydenbauer Center and hosts over 1,200 attendees from across the state.  

This one-day all-day event host between local and national speakers that teach a variety of multi-family industry topics. Each speaker is at the top of their field and brings a wealth of real-world experience. No matter your position or background, you will find classes that improve your day-to-day efficiency and embolden your career goals.  

Attendees also enjoy WMFHA’s annual tradeshow where 100 booths of vendors share products and services that save time and money. Members and non-members are welcome to attend.
