Sheri Druckman

Sheri brings over 30 years of multifamily experience to Legacy Previously, Ms. Druckman held Senior Management roles with Sares Regis, Greystar, Security Properties, Simpson Property Group and Trammell Crow Residential Services, executing due diligence, underwriting, acquisition, and dispositions. Sheri is the recipient of the NAA 2020 Excellence Award for Outstanding Service to an Affiliate and the WMFHA 2014 Portfolio Manager of the Year Emerald Award. She serves as Past President on the Washington Multifamily Housing Association Board of Directors and as Vice Chair for Partnership for Affordable Housing. Ms. Druckman is a member of the NAA Legislative & Regulatory Committee, Affordable Housing Committee and WMFHA Government Affairs Committee. She holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, CAPS, designation and is an NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate. Sheri maintains a Real Estate Broker license for the State of Washington.
