Sandra Teal

Sandra Teal is the Business Development and Relationship Manager for Compass Construction and ServiceMaster by Compass, serving Spokane County. Since 2011, she has been building her career in the disaster restoration industry and joined Compass in February of 2021. She is passionate about helping our customers navigate through unexpected disaster related circumstances, get them the help they need, and remain available throughout the process.

Sandra is a third generation Idaho native and has deep family roots in Kootenai County. Throughout her career, she has built many great working relationships within our community and continues to do so. She serves on the leadership team for Elite Business Connections (EBC), on the Board of Directors for Spokane Home Builders Association (SHBA), and is actively involved with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
