With over 28 years of experience in the flooring industry, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of both the physical and business aspects of the field. Initially starting in tile installation, I played a key role in growing a tile installation company in Boise, ID, from 2 employees to over 50, and designed a custom database to streamline everything from estimating to inventory management.

For the past year, I have been with Multi Family Interiors as a sales representative, working with multifamily properties ranging in size from 15 to 448 units, including several low-income housing projects. Specializing in carpet, vinyl, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and I bring an extensive background in construction and business development, with expertise in subfloor repairs and self-leveling.

My sales philosophy is built on strong relationships and attentive listening, ensuring clients' needs are always at the forefront. By addressing any concerns quickly and communicating effectively, I ensure a smooth process from initial consultation through post-installation support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, playing guitar, mountain biking, hiking, and camping, making the most of time in nature.
