In 2024, we broke the 2,000 attendee mark. Learn. Connect. Grow. |
Exhibitor Move-in:
We encourage all exhibitors to move in from 12-5 pm Wednesday, March 12. The tradeshow will also be open at 6 am for move-in on Thursday, March 13.
To minimize the impact on the loading dock and to keep bays available for oversized vehicles, SCC will operate our “hand-carried freight” area in the Summit parking garage for personal vehicles. Exhibitors in personal vehicles may park in this aisle in the garage closest to the freight elevators. It is the aisle to the far left in the Summit garage. There is signage. Complimentary flatbed carts will be available, too. Download MAP for HAND CARRIED FREIGHT. Download MAP for LOADING DOCK
The hours are Wednesday, March 12, 12 pm—5 pm and Thursday, March 13, 6 am—10 am and 3 pm—7 pm.
Parking - The SUMMIT building at the Seattle Convention Center has limited parking and will fill fast. You can also park at the ARCH building and walk over. Consider carpooling. Additional parking & transportation info can be found HERE
