Event Details

Our first planned in person event since 2020!

After more than a year of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still reeling and recovering from truly unprecedented times. In addition to new health and safety protocols, multifamily teams have dealt with balancing work and family responsibilities, excessive resident issues, constantly changing policies and procedures, social unrest, heightened political discourse, not to mention their personal well-being. In this session, we’ll take a brief look at the change immediately behind us, recognize the signs of normalcy immediately in front of us, and lay out practical steps to support and guide your team toward increased engagement, productivity, and wellness.

Qualifies for one Continuing Education Credit (CEC) for NAAEI Credential Holders (CAM, CAS, CAPS, CALP, CAMT/AIME).
