WMFHA Invitational 2026

SELECTION PROCESS FOR SPONSORSHIPS & FOURSOMES 

The registration process promotes inclusivity and fairness while offering a streamlined, hassle-free experience. Please submit the form below to purchase a foursome or sponsorship. This form will be open until the end of the day February 20th, 2026—one form submission per company.

Interest Form

Cart sponsor  - (1 available) $1200

• Exclusive cart sponsor
• Signage on every cart on the course
• The company may provide one piece of marketing or swag to be placed in the cart for golfers

Hole sponsor (18 available) - $1000

• One hole sponsorship per company
• No alcohol may be distributed at the hole. You may pre-purchase drink tickets (see below)
• This sponsorship does NOT come with a foursome
• Holes will be assigned at random by WMFHA
• Sponsorship includes lunch two attendees
• A table and two chairs will be provided at each hole
• Signage with your logo will be placed at your hole and your logo will go on the custom course scorecard/map provided to each golfer
• Hole sponsors agree to provide one raffle item ($100 or more in value) to give out at conclusion
• Golf Cart Included

Longest Drive sponsor (1 available) - $925

• One representative may hang out on the fairway and help mark the longest drive (both men and women)
• Longest drive marker customized with your branding

Closest to the Pin sponsor (1 available) - $925

• One representative may hang out on the fairway and help mark closest to the pin (both men and women)
• Closest to the Pin marker customized with your branding

Beverage Cart Sponsor (2 available) - $750

• Get your name in front of all golfers by sponsoring the beverage cart
• Custom signage will be displayed on the beverage cart
• All beverages must be purchased at the cart, so you'll get a lot of visibility with our attendees
• 25 custom-branded beverage tickets will be provided to the sponsor to hand out to golfers during check-in.
  One representative may attend the tournament to hand out drink tickets before start

Registration sponsor (1 available) - $600

• Help run registration. Get face to face contact with all registered golfers!
• Signage at registration table
• Two representatives may be onsite to help golfers get checked in for the event

WMFHA Invitational Swag sponsor (4 available) - $500

• Help WMFHA provide custom-curated WMFHA Invitational swag to each golfer
• One representative from each company will assist in handing out the swag during the check-in process
• Each company can also include one piece of company-branded swag for each golfer

Welcome Mimosa / Bloody Mary sponsor (6 available) - $500

• Help get the event started right!
• Sponsor the welcome Mimosa or Bloody Mary
• Each golfer will receive a ticket with the sponsors' logos to redeem a Mimosa or Bloody Mary at the bar upon arrival
• One representative may attend to hand out tickets and mingle with golfers

Putting Challenge Sponsor (1 available) - $500

One lucky golfer will get the opportunity to sink a 50 ft putt and win $2500 cash

• Help run the brand new putting challenge
• Signage at the putting green
• Facilitate the qualifying rounds before the golf tournament begins

Breakfast sponsors (6 available) - $500

• One of six sponsors to host the breakfast burritos for golfers and hole sponsors
• Includes your logo on the label of each box breakfast burrito
• Signage at the event
• One representative may be on hand to assist in handing out breakfast as golfers arrive

Lunch sponsors (6 available) - $500

• One of six sponsors of the post-event luncheon
• Signage at the event
• One representative may attend the luncheon
• May bring a raffle item to give away

Driving Range Ball sponsor (2 available) - $300

• Sponsor of the bucket of balls provided to all golfers upon arrival for use at the driving range
• Logo will appear on each bucket of balls
• May hang out at the driving range and migle with golfers before the shotgun start

Mulligan & String sponsor (2 available) - $250

• Help sell the mulligan and string packets to golfers at check-in (All proceeds go to the WMFHA education scholarship fund)
• Mulligans custom branded with your logo
• Face to face time with all golfers at check-in
• One representative may attend to sell mulligans

Beverage tickets (10 per pack) - $100

• No alcohol may be handed out at the holes, or outside alcohol may be brought onto the course 
• Pre-purchase packs of 10 beverage tickets to distribute to your colleagues and clients
• Custom branded with your logo.
• May be redeemed at the beverage cart throughout the day

Foursomes  - (36 available) $975

• Limit ONE golf foursome per company!
• Golf for four
• Two carts
• A welcome Mimosa or Bloody Mary upon arrival
• Box breakfast to take on the course
• Raffle prizes
• Post-tournament luncheon and awards
