We asked Chad Neilson, VP of Sales and Operations, the following questions:

Why would a property manager need your services?

One Way offers many turn services required before a new resident moves in. Not only is our quality high; our customer service is top notch, and our pricing is always customized with each community's budget in mind.

What makes you stand out from your competitors?

One Way not only offers next day service, but we also offer same day service. We understand that a move in may slip through the cracks or a flooded home may occur throughout the day. At One Way, we make sure our technicians only have about 75-80% capacity on their routes as they leave our office each morning. This ensures that we have room on our schedule to be there for our customers when they need us the most!

What is your favorite thing about Washington?

My favorite thing about Washington is the diversity we have with everything. There are not many places where you can be able to travel from an ocean to a mountain range within two to three hours. There are so many different types of people with different views on life, and the people are quite a bit more laid back then a lot of the places I frequent during my business trips.

Can you share something fun or interesting about you or your company that people might not know or expect?

This year One Way started to provide a new service in Washington. We have perfected a vinyl cleaning process at 500 PSI, and then developed a finish we apply after cleaning to help protect the floor and hide some of the small imperfections that are created over time. It has really taken off, and to my knowledge, we are the only company offering this type of cleaning process for vinyl plank flooring.
