The WMHFA Warm-Ups are in Full Swing!

The WMFHA Ambassador Team has officially launched the WMFHA Warm-Up, a new welcome program created in partnership with the Member Engagement Committee!

So, what exactly is the WMFHA Warm-Up?

During a Warm-Up visit, two WMFHA Ambassadors and Kate stop by your community with some fun WMFHA swag and a warm welcome. Our goal is simple: meet you where you are and make sure you know exactly what resources, programs, and opportunities are available through your membership.

Have a few extra minutes? We'll help your team set up member profiles, answer questions, and show you how to access the tools and benefits available to you.

Busy with tours, move-ins, resident needs, and the many demands of property management? No problem! We'll keep it brief, drop off some goodies, snap a photo of your community, and give both your property and management company a shout-out on our social media channels.

The WMFHA Warm-Up is all about flexibility. We work at your pace to ensure the visit is helpful, valuable, and respectful of your team's time.
