As the Director of Construction for PREM1ER, I bring nearly 30 years of Construction and Property Management experience to your community. Using broad experience in both industries, I can empathize with the daily challenges of the onsite management team and their construction team partners. As the Director, one of my primary tasks is to walk your project with you or your team and create a proposal to rectify your challenges and improve your community. Additionally, I lead and delegate job assignments to our group of project and construction managers, superintendents, and field staff. I also lead our safety team and manage our OSHA compliant safety program to provide you and your residents, as well as our team members, the safest possible environment while we work to improve your community.
