Event Details

The onsite manager is a vital link between apartment residents and the community owners and investors. The objective of the CAM Program is to enhance the skills of the apartment manager, which can result in better managed and more profitable rental properties, improved resident retention rates and increased employee productivity.

This one-week CAM SLAM format will get your coursework done quickly!  We do recommend this format only for experienced managers as the class will be moving at a very quick pace.

Facilitator - Jackie Ramstedt

Jackie Ramstedt, CAM, CAPS, CAS  is a nationally renowned Motivational Keynote Speaker, National Trainer, Operations Consultant, and Performance Coach who has more than 29 years experience in the multi-housing industry.

She is a “requested repeat” presenter speaking to thousands of industry professionals annually on a national level for the National Apartment Association,  the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Affordable Housing conferences, and numerous state and local Associations, including various management and investment companies throughout the United States and Canada.   

This is also Jackie’s 13th year as a member of the prestigious Apartment All Stars Team national tours specializing in customer service, resident retention, leasing, marketing and management solutions. 

Jackie earned her CAM and CAPS designations back to back as well as her CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier) designation.  Jackie was awarded the “first ever” Faculty Member of the Year from her local Austin Apartment Association, where she has served on the Board of Directors and as the Education Committee Chair. 

She is a veteran instructor teaching for some of the industry’s largest management companies, all National Apartment Association designation courses including NALP, CAM, CAPS, CAS, and IRO, as well as core and Mandatory Continuing Education courses for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Jackie is an accomplished author and her articles have been featured in numerous national industry publications for over 20 years. 

Her energetic and enthusiastic speaking style makes her seminars fun and exciting with a “down to earth” approach to education.
