Registration Opens

Ready for some summer fun? Join us for the July Tapas and Topics at The Maverick! Savor some Hawaiian BBQ finger foods, refresh yourself with a beverage, and soak up the sun with our co-hosts Pillar Properties and Copia Resources. This Luau themed soirée will delight you with a DJ to bring the vibes, a photo booth to capture the moment, and fun games to win prizes (think limbo or a hula hoop contest!).

Get ready to level up your Tapas & Topics experience with our brand-new Digital Passport Program. Here’s how it works: At every Tapas & Topics gathering, you’ll find a unique QR code. Just scan it to collect your digital stamp for attending! Each stamp = 1 entry into our Epic Grand Prize Drawing at the end of 2025. The more stamps you collect, the better your chances to WIN BIG! (Yes, showing up just got way more rewarding.)Are you ready to eat, mingle, and stamp your way to the top? Only one can be crowned the Tapas & Topics Digital Passport Champion... will it be YOU? 

Why are we doing this? To make sure there’s the perfect mix of property managers and suppliers at each event — so you can network like a pro, make meaningful connections, and have an awesome time doing it!

Arrival Information

The Maverick is a secured access building.  A team member will be stationed at the door to let you in. The event will take place in the club room. 

Parking Instructions   

Some onsite parking is available. You can also find street parking and a public parking lot across from the community, next to Bartells. 

For Supplier partners

As WMFHA's supplier community grows, we ask that our supplier companies send only ONE team member to this event. This will allow for more companies to participate monthly. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. Thank you.

For All Members

We have begun to limit registration ability to those who register and do not attend without notice. Please respect your fellow WMFHA members by notifying Hannah (hannah@wmfha.org) within 24 hours of the event if you cannot attend so we can open up your spot to other members. If you register and do not attend, you won't be permitted to register for the following month.
