Join us in Woodinville for the June Tapas and Topics! Co-Hosted by Weidner and Bath Fitter at the beautiful community of Woodin Creek Village. 

NEW in June — Your Tapas & Topics Adventure Begins! ATTENTION PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MEMBERS! Get ready to level up your Tapas & Topics experience with our brand-new Digital Passport Program. Launching at the June event! Here’s how it works: At every Tapas & Topics gathering, you’ll find a unique QR code. Just scan it to collect your digital stamp for attending! Each stamp = 1 entry into our Epic Grand Prize Drawing at the end of 2025. The more stamps you collect, the better your chances to WIN BIG! (Yes, showing up just got way more rewarding.)Are you ready to eat, mingle, and stamp your way to the top? Only one can be crowned the Tapas & Topics Digital Passport Champion... will it be YOU? 

Why are we doing this? To make sure there’s the perfect mix of property managers and suppliers at each event — so you can network like a pro, make meaningful connections, and have an awesome time doing it!

Arrival Information

The event will take place in the Cloud Light Lounge on the 5^th floor of the G building.

Use the elevator directly across from our Leasing Office in the building breezeway (sidekick coffee is also directly next to this area), take it to the 5^th floor, and take a right off of the elevator towards units 505-513. Go to the very end of the hallway and you have arrived.

Parking Instructions   

Retail and garage parking is available at these addresses:

13377 173^rd St., Woodinville, WA 98072 - 1^st and 4^th floor

13475 NE Village Square Dr., Woodinville, WA 98072 – 1^st floor only

17140 135^th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072 – 1^st and 2^nd floor

There are also public streets and parking options that are not in a garage structure

As WMFHA's supplier community grows, we ask that our supplier companies send only ONE team member to this event. This will allow for more companies to participate monthly. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. Thank you.

For All Members

We have begun to limit registration ability to those who register and do not attend without notice. Please respect your fellow WMFHA members by notifying Hannah (hannah@wmfha.org) within 24 hours of the event if you cannot attend so we can open up your spot to other members. If you register and do not attend, you won't be permitted to register for the following month.
