Christina Koski is a regional property management professional with 14 years of experience primarily focused on lease ups and urban core new construction. Over the years a second passion of hers has been to identify ways in which she can support ending homelessness. Organizations that she loves and has been involved with over the years include Youthcare, Tiny Houses through LIHI (the Low Income Housing Institute), and Mary’s Place. She also loves partnering with WMFHA for the amazing charity events that benefit great causes. This year is different for us all and while we can’t gather, network and support these causes in person, it is more important now than ever to continue finding ways to give back to those vulnerable members of our community.

Nikki Bailey is a Regional Property Manager with Greystar and has been in the industry for 15 years. She also runs Three Point Clothing where 100% of the profits from the sales of their shirts go to kids in our public schools. In 2019, Three Point paid down nearly $8,000 in student lunch debt for graduating seniors, and this year they are focusing on other ways to help kids in our communities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
