Jennifer Firth

Jennifer Firth is a seasoned leader in the multifamily and flooring industries, with a career rooted in property management and a strong track record of driving business growth, strengthening operations, and building lasting client relationships. She began her career in property management, advancing from leasing agent to resident manager before transitioning into the flooring industry and ultimately serving as Vice President for Buy-Rite Flooring.

During her leadership at Buy-Rite Flooring, Jennifer was instrumental in more than doubling sales while helping restructure operations, strengthen customer relationships, and expand outreach and marketing initiatives. Following the acquisition of Buy-Rite Flooring by Interior Logic Group and its subsequent transition to Impact Property Solutions, Jennifer has continued to leverage her industry expertise and relationship-driven approach to support the company’s growth and success.

Jennifer is a firm believer that exceptional customer service, strong relationships, and a commitment to delivering on promises are the foundation of a successful business. Her leadership style combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, allowing her to identify opportunities, develop strong teams, and create meaningful partnerships with clients and industry professionals.

Beyond her professional role, Jennifer has been deeply involved in supporting and advancing the Pacific Northwest multifamily industry. She has served as Chair and Co-Chair of the Emerald Awards Committee, served on the Board of Directors, and held a position on the Executive Board of Directors as Vice President of the Supplier Council. Through her leadership and industry involvement, Jennifer is committed to fostering collaboration, supporting professional development, and strengthening the relationships that make the multifamily community successful.
