Caleb Barber

Caleb Barber is a seasoned property management professional with an impressive 19-year career, the last 12 of which he dedicated to serving as a Regional Manager. Commencing his journey in Atlanta, Georgia, Caleb successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties, spanning up to seven states at times. Notably, during the pandemic, Caleb made a strategic decision to relocate to Vancouver, WA, where he effectively oversaw a portfolio of 10 communities with over 2500 units.

Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, Caleb pursued higher education, obtaining his Executive MBA from Washington State University and completing his CPM designation through IREM. Post-graduation, he relocated to Seattle, WA, in 2022, taking on the management of a portfolio encompassing communities in and around the Seattle/King County area.

Caleb actively contributes to the industry's development through his involvement in professional committees. He joined the Career and Development Committee at the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA), collaborating with the City of Seattle to launch an affordable housing MFTE training webinar. Demonstrating his dedication, Caleb has been selected to serve on the NAA Marketing & Networking Committee Group for the 2024 calendar year.

Caleb's career expertise centers on delinquency control, the stabilization of distressed assets, and building high-performing teams. His leadership style is characterized by setting clear expectations, providing a robust support system, and fostering an environment where team members can thrive.
