Shar Eller

Shar Eller brings over 35 years of multifamily experience. Ms. Eller has a very diverse background holding several positions in the industry which include: Property Manager of medium and large garden style, midrise, lease-up, renovation, senior, HUD, and Tax Credit communities as well as holding regional/corporate positions as an Accountant, Regional Systems Coordinator, Auditor, MRI Facilitator, Compliance Director, Training Manager, and Regional Manager Associate. She has worked as a Trainer for Allied Group, Weidner, Holland Residential, and ConAm Management. Shar was on the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) from 2016 through 2022, serving as the Board President in 2021. She has served on the Career Development Committee since 2016. Shar served as a member of the NAAEI Board and NAAEI Curriculum Development Committee from 2021 to 2023. Ms. Eller holds the following credentials as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), As well as many certifications to include Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), NAAEI Faculty Member (AFT), and Certified Virtual Trainer.
