Join us on at Canopy Apartments for April Tapas and Topics! Hosted by Shea Apartments and The Liberty Group, enjoy beer, wine, cider, a charcuterie spread and more in the Game Room on the 4th floor. Spark conversation and participate in a demonstration about the 7 Federal Fair Housing protected classes- do any of these represent you? Fair housing is not "US Vs. THEM", we are all part of one or more protected classes!

The location of the party will be the 4^th floor Game Lounge. There will be signage to direct you from the elevators to the left.
In Lieu of tours, the 4^th floor model will be open, and there will have be leasing agent posted in the home throughout the meeting to answer questions.  The model is between the elevator and the game lounge. 

Canopy is a secured access building. Call boxes are located at the main entrance and garage and the office will be able to grant access until 6pm when the office closes.

No access will be available after 6 pm- Please be on time! 

There will be elevator attendants in the main elevators from 4:45 to 5:30 pm. From 5:30 to 6:00 pm late guests will need to visit the office for access to the 4^th floor. 

Parking Instructions: Garage parking - 4:45 to 5:30 pm the parking garage will be open. Guests can park on P1, there will be balloons and signage signifying the correct elevator bay to enter. Please do not park in EV charging spots as these are assigned. 
After 5:30 until 6:00 pm Guests can park in the park and ride that is located just north of Canopy on Aurora. Come to the front door of the community to be granted access from the office team. 

For Supplier partners: 

Please limit your company attendance to no more than two guests.

For all members:

We have begun to limit registration ability to those who register and do not attend without notice. Please respect your fellow WMFHA members by notifying 'Hannah (hannah@wmfha.org) within 24 hours of the event if you are unable to attend so we can open up your spot to other members.
