The Certified Breakfast Club: February 2026
Collaborate with fellow NAAEI credential earners in a roundtable format.

Different Generations, Same Leasing Office
Today’s multifamily teams often include Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z working side by side—each bringing different communication styles, expectations, and approaches to work. What motivates one group may frustrate another, and “good leadership” can look very different depending on who you ask. This session is a casual conversation about recognizing those differences and building teams that work with them rather than against them. We’ll share real examples, challenges, and strategies that have helped teams perform better without trying to force everyone into the same mold.
