Learn how to “shop” your competition and rise above them to bring in new residents and keep the loyalty of current residents!

Knowledge of competitors and their offerings is critical, and you will learn how to gain a deeper understanding of them and how to bring about changes in your community to better compete. Think about what is important to your residents, and then consider whether your community lives up to your own standards! Finally, reflect on what you learned and create a plan for what you want to change to bring back to your community.
