WMFHA After Hours* is pleased to provide a Virtual Cooking 101 class presented by Guided Fitness. This hour long class includes a tasty and nutritious cooking demonstration lead by Guided Fitness coach Elizabeth Kovar. We will be preparing "Balanced Quinoa Bowls." You can cook as you follow along or just watch from the comfort of your own home! Participants will be provided a grocery list prior to the event.
