Supplier Spotlight: Meet Myles Wesener of ESNTL Services
We’re excited to welcome new WMFHA member Myles Wesener, owner of ESNTL Services, a company dedicated to smarter, more sustainable on-site waste solutions. Serving communities across the greater Seattle area, ESNTL Services provides valet trash pick up, trash management, and apartment trash-out services—helping multifamily properties streamline their waste practices while reducing environmental impact.
But Myles and his team are going beyond just business. In partnership with Move For Hunger and WMFHA, ESNTL Services is working to create a sustainability model that includes more than just financial donations. By collecting non-perishable food items left behind in units, they’re helping stock local food pantries and feeding families instead of landfills. Their trucks also haul larger items—like furniture for Habitat for Humanity and even a golf cart recently delivered to Goodwill—to support upcycling and reuse across the region.
The idea sparked further conversation at our April Tapas & Topics event, where Myles connected with Justine Lopez from Pillar Communities. That conversation inspired a new shared goal: saving at least one ton (2,000 pounds) of food and household goods from the landfill in 2025, through partnerships with over 100 properties.
Myles isn’t just looking to reduce waste—he’s aiming to build lasting relationships and empower communities to make a real difference. For on-site teams, ESNTL encourages setting aside non-perishables and usable items, so nothing good goes to waste. Together, through collaboration and purpose-driven partnerships, we can move toward a more sustainable and compassionate industry.
ESNTL joined WMFHA in February and Myles jumped right in by attending events and even joining the WMFHA Gives Committee. When not running his new business or hanging out with WMFHA, you can find miles and his faithful hiking buddy, Grouse, a German Shorthaired Pointer, on a trail in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are thrilled to have you as part of the WMFHA family, Myles!
