We are Puget Sound’s soft wash and pressure washing specialists! Our services offered include moss removal, gutter cleaning, graffiti removal, solar panel cleaning, interior cleaning and holiday lighting!
Why soft wash? Soft washing is more than just exterior cleaning. The products developed for soft washing not only clean stains but also eliminate the root of the issue! The main culprit of most exterior staining that causes black streaks is a bacteria called Gloeocapsa Magma. The organisms that grow on exterior surfaces, including mildew, algae, bacteria, moss, lichen, and fungi, grow and spread out in the moist environment. Plus, many surfaces are made with materials that can be metabolized by these microorganisms, such as roofing shingles that contain limestone as a filler for algae, mildew, and bacteria to absorb their nutrients.
