Vadim Yurchuk

I was born in the country of Ukraine.
Coming to America, I had to overcome many hurdles in my life such as learning a new language. One of the mottos that I have tried to live by is, “two steps forward, one step backward is still a step forward.” I have over 13 years of leadership and team-building experience from being a youth pastor to being a trainee at Panera Bread, to growing into a multi-site Maintenance Supervisor. I have a little bit over 7 years of multi-family maintenance and project management experience. As the Manager of Maintenance Services at PREM1ER, I am instrumental in developing and maintaining one of the best service departments you want to work for and hire for your company. I believe communication is one of the key components in maintaining a great relationship with clients, subcontractors, and workers themselves. I believe to be a strong team player who always has a good view of what can we do to become better.
Relationships are important to upkeep, and something to remember for all is “it’s okay to not be okay, just don’t stay there.”
I am always wanting and willing to learn and gain experience in things I do not know yet and challenge myself so that I can grow and become a better person, husband, dad, worker, and leader.
