With 12 years in property management, working up from Groundskeeper to Sr Maintenance Supervisor, Chris oversaw development of new Supervisors, trained techs on pool maintenance, mastered unit turns/renovations and oversaw Capital Improvements. This, coupled with experience with custom home architecture and building, made Chris a valuable addition to the PREM1ER team.
