As a Senior Community Director at Insite Property Solutions, I lead the operations and performance of multifamily communities, bringing extensive experience across a diverse portfolio—from lease-up developments to stabilized assets. I hold both the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certifications, underscoring my expertise and commitment to excellence in property management.

Currently, I manage two 200+ unit properties in downtown Woodinville- one stabilized and one in lease-up- where I oversee all aspects of operations, team development, and resident satisfaction. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently driven results in occupancy, revenue growth, and customer experience, even amid the challenges of the pandemic. Notably, I led three properties from lease-up to stabilization, achieving over 95% occupancy and generating positive net operating income. I’ve also enhanced our online reputation and elevated customer service standards across my teams.

Beyond operations, I’m passionate about mentorship and leadership development. I’ve trained and supported new property managers, sharing best practices in leasing, budgeting, and CRM to build confident, high-performing teams.
