Ian Von Feldt

I’m the Senior Maintenance Manager at The Ivey on Boren, bringing a hands-on approach and a strong customer service background to caring for our community. I joined the Holland Partner Group in 2019 at the Kiara Tower after beginning my property management career three years earlier with Security Properties at the Kinects Tower.

Before moving into property management, I worked in the cruise and hospitality industry, including roles as a manager at a Princess Cruises Alaskan Wilderness Lodge and International Sales and Support Manager for in the Australian market. Those experiences taught me the value of connecting with people, adapting to challenges, and making others feel welcome.

I take pride in being someone people can count on. Whether I’m supporting my team, solving a problem, or helping a resident feel at home, I believe clear communication, thoughtful details, and following through make all the difference.
