Jacob Bauer

With over 24 years of experience in fire protection, Jacob Bauer currently serves as a Fire Service Superintendent at Shinn Mechanical. Additionally, he has been a part-time member of the Washington Army National Guard for almost two decades. During his service, both domestically and internationally, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to saving lives, always prioritizing the safety of others above all else. But Jacob's contributions extend beyond his roles in fire protection and the National Guard. He is also an instructor for the UA Local 699 union sprinkler fitters, where he shares his extensive knowledge and passion for his work with others.
