Professional Bio
Kate joined WMFHA in 2025 as the Member Engagement Manager.
Kate brings more than ten years of experience in member engagement across property management, customer service, and hospitality. She has a proven track record of creating meaningful member experiences through strong relationships, thoughtful onboarding, and effective retention strategies. Her background includes developing programs and tools to boost engagement, coordinating volunteers and events, and supporting cross-department initiatives. She is known for her communication skills, organization, and problem-solving mindset, along with hands-on experience in property ownership and investment.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys time in nature, writing and reading poetry, playing guitar and singing, attending live music, and exploring visual arts like drawing and painting. She recently returned from several months living abroad and is looking forward to settling back into the south Puget Sound community. She stays active through yoga and dance and enjoys gathering with friends, cooking together, and supporting her community however she can.
