Kim Olander

I have been in the property management industry for over 35 years starting my career in Arizona. I moved to the beautiful state of Washington in 1997 and have worked with some great companies such as Equity Residential, ConAm, Weidner Apartment Homes and now the privilege of being the Director of Compliance at 11 Residential. I truly love supporting our teams in the field to help prepare them with a strong sense of direction in meeting job expectations, improving personal and property performance, to help them achieve success in their careers and to see them shine!

I also had the great experience of supporting WMFHA from the beginning with the founding board, and working closely with Kari Anderson at that time while at Equity Residential. Additionally, I served as Education Committee Chair for 3 years in a row and was on the first committee for the inaugural Emerald Awards ceremony. This association has some dynamic individuals and members, of which I truly appreciate all of the opportunities that I've had to learn from everyone here.

My husband and I are proud Seattle Seahawks season ticket holder since 2001! We also enjoy hockey (Go Kraken) and adventures with our four-legged fur baby.
