His unique perspective allows him to bridge the gap between Supplier and Property Managers, ensuring smoother partnerships and compliance navigation.

As an active member of the Washington Multifamily Housing, Ricky is dedicated to industry education and collaboration. He holds CALP and CAM designations from the National Apartment Association and has been recognized for his leadership and commitment to excellence.
