Professional Bio
I've spent the past 11 years building a career in property management, and it's an industry I'm truly passionate about. I currently serve as a Senior Leasing Broker at Forge Management, where I focus on creating exceptional resident experiences, driving occupancy, supporting resident retention, and ensuring compliance. For me, property management is about more than leasing apartments—it's about building communities where people feel welcomed, valued, and at home.
Throughout my career, I've worked with multifamily and mixed-income communities in both Washington and Florida, gaining experience in leasing operations, Fair Housing compliance, income verification, MFTE, MHA, and ARCH affordable housing programs, marketing, resident engagement, audits, and occupancy management. Every opportunity has helped me grow both professionally and personally.
I'm proud to be an active member of the Washington Multifamily Housing Association (WMFHA). Being involved allows me to connect with industry professionals, stay informed on evolving housing trends and legislation, and continue learning from others who share the same passion for serving our communities.
I'm currently pursuing a Business Management degree at Edmonds College because I believe growth never stops. My goal is to continue advancing into leadership roles where I can mentor others, improve operations, and make a lasting impact on the communities and teams I serve.
I believe trust, empathy, transparency, and proactive communication are the foundation of great customer service. I enjoy solving problems, building meaningful relationships, and finding ways to create positive experiences for both residents and colleagues. I'm excited to continue learning, growing, and contributing to the future of the multifamily housing industry.
