Senior Leasing Broker

Forge Management

Professional Bio

With over 11 years of experience in property management, leasing, and compliance, I currently serve as a Senior Leasing Broker at Forge Management, where I focus on driving occupancy, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering a high-quality resident experience. My background includes multi-family and mixed-income communities across Washington and Florida, supporting both stabilized assets and lease-up environments.

I am an active Washington Multifamily Housing Association (WMFHA) committee member, where I collaborate with industry professionals, stay engaged with evolving housing regulations, and contribute to initiatives that support strong and compliant multifamily communities. Being part of WMFA allows me to continuously grow while giving back to an industry I am deeply passionate about.

Customer service is at the core of my work. I believe trust, transparency, and proactive communication are essential to resident satisfaction and retention. I bring strong attention to detail across leasing operations, income verification, Fair Housing compliance, and programs such as MFTE/MHA and ARCH, as well as accounts payable, receivable, and audit support.

My passion for advocacy and compliance inspired me to begin my studies as a Paralegal student at Edmonds College, where I am expanding my legal knowledge to further strengthen my work in housing operations and resident advocacy. I am driven by meaningful service, continuous learning, and creating communities that are efficient, compliant, and welcoming
