Ken Lewis

I started my career in the labor field, hands-on, where I learned the hard way—by discovering just about every way a job could go wrong. In 1994, one of my customers invited me to a training school that completely transformed my abilities and gave me a much deeper understanding of the trade.

A lot of people will say they know everything about flooring, but I believe unless you’ve actually installed it, you don’t fully understand it. My path has taken me from owning my own flooring store, to working with two major manufacturers, to building on years of installation experience. Through it all, I’ve found my true home in Multi-Family. I like the people, I understand what they need, and that’s where I feel most connected.

Our growth has never come from sales pitches or big claims. Instead, it comes from how we treat people—like friends. Friends take care of friends, and that’s the way my team and I approach business. You won’t hear an elevator pitch from us or see us declaring we’re the best. We’d rather go out and prove it.
