Walker Consultants is an Engineering & Architecture firm specializing in Planning, Design and Renewal for new and existing multifamily buildings.
Renewal experts assist owners and contractors with both disaster response (wind, fire, tree & vehicle impact, snow overload) as well as restoration of building components at or beyond their useful life. Our forensics and restoration professionals include licensed Architects and Engineers who are experts in structural engineering, building envelope, roofing & waterproofing, mechanical, plumbing, and elevators. We perform forensic investigations, due diligence surveys (PCA's) and design repairs to restore damage. We can also provide bid period, permitting and construction phase services, supporting owners through the entire restoration and repair process.
