Quinn H Posner
Quinn founded NW Landlord Solutions on a straightforward premise: landlords deserve a lawyer who knows their world, knows the courts, and gets results fast.
After earning his J.D. and MBA from Willamette University in 2001, Quinn began practicing in Clark County Superior Court that same year. Over more than two decades in those courtrooms, he has developed the kind of familiarity with the bench, the clerks, and the process that only comes from being present, consistently, for a long time.
Quinn entered the landlord-tenant space in 2013 and has been building his practice around it ever since, focusing on it as his primary area since 2015. NW Landlord Solutions represents landlords exclusively — evictions, fair housing defense, and the full range of landlord-tenant matters that property owners and managers face.
He handles all negotiations, motion practice, and trial strategy personally. Property management companies that work with NW Landlord Solutions get an attorney who knows their business — not a rotating roster of associates who need to be briefed on every file.
Quinn serves clients throughout Southwest Washington and is an active member of the Washington Multifamily Housing Association's Government Affairs Committee. He is also admitted to the Oregon Bar.

Having successfully prosecuted thousands of residential and commercial evictions, Mack manages large-scale unlawful detainer portfolios for property management companies operating in North Idaho and Eastern Washington. He can further assist clients with entity formation and exit, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, joint ventures, secured transactions, real estate and asset purchase and sale agreements, commercial disputes and financial workouts, and LLC operating agreements.
Jim Henderson
Jim Henderson put his property up for rent for the first time in 1993. In the process of running multiple rental properties over the next 8 years, Jim built up a wealth of experience and knowledge that led him to launch LandlordSolutions in 2001. With decades of experience, hundreds of clients, and thousands of cases, LandlordSolutions has become the go-to service provider for landlords and property managers in the Puget Sound.
Jim is a lobbyist for the Rental Housing Association of Washington, Tacoma Pierce County Realtors Association, and the Washington National Association of Residential Property Managers. He serves on the board of directors of the Tacoma Housing Authority and St. Vincent de Paul Tacoma.
