Event Details

When it comes to conflict resolution, it all starts with the right mindset.  The wrong one can destroy any chance of resolution, create dysfunction in relationships, and spiral into even bigger problems. In this workshop, we'll explore the LAUGH method, a powerful series of steps to get you into the right headspace so you can walk into difficult conversations with confidence and come out with real results.

Learning Objectives:

After this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Examine their mindset before entering a difficult conversation
  • Identify intentional and accidental labels that can damage relationships, then shift that mindset into one that builds, repairs, and strengthens them
  • Apply the LAUGH Method, a series of proven steps that build confidence in handling tough conversations
  • Implement intentional follow-up practices that reduce future conflict and break out of the conflict loop
