We're excited to celebrate the best of the best in multi-family in Washington. This year's event will mark our 16th year hosting "the Oscars" of the multi-family industry in Washington.
The Emerald Awards recognize outstanding achievements in the multifamily housing industry of Washington.

Ticket Information:
Tickets will not be purchasable online.
Nominating property management companies will be contacted to purchase tickets for their employees.
Tickets will be mailed the month before the event. You must have a ticket to enter, which you can exchange at check-in for your meal preference.

* For our supplier partners, you must be either a nominee or a sponsor to attend this event.
Sponsorships go on sale on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Emerald-level sponsorships are offered on a first-right-of-refusal basis to the previous year's sponsors. This year, one Emerald-level sponsorship will be available to the first taker.

TICKET PRICING:
Each table will seat 11 guests.
- Table pricing - $1639
- Individual ticket pricing - $149
MANAGEMENT COMPANIES:
- Management companies will be contacted to secure their tickets once the nomination period has closed.
- Management companies will be offered tickets based on a formula of 2.5 seats per nomination.
SUPPLIERS:
- Suppliers must be nominees or sponsors to attend this event.
WAITLIST:
- Management companies who wish to purchase more tickets than the formula allows will be placed on a waitlist until all nominating management companies have secured their tickets.
- Sponsoring companies may also be placed on a waitlist to purchase more tickets than is allotted with the sponsorship.
