With over 27 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, Latrice has honed a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges that come with managing teams and creating effective learning opportunities. In her current role, she oversees operations in North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia, bringing strategic insight to each region.
Latrice is not only a seasoned professional but also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She is an active member of Mission Rock’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion task force, working to ensure that inclusivity is woven into the company’s core values and practices. Additionally, Latrice serves as the Education Chair for the Maryland Multifamily Housing Association’s Education Committee, where she contributes her knowledge to support the professional development of others in the industry. She has spoken at national conferences such as NAA’s Apartmentalize and locally as well.
Outside of work, Latrice is a devoted mother to her 8-year-old son, Isaiah, a self-proclaimed chicken nugget connoisseur with a refined palate for the best nuggets in town.
