Registration Opens

Monday, September 8 at NOON

Join us in Woodinville, Washington Wine Country, for the October Tapas and Topics! Co-hosted by Insite Property Solutions and Davis Door Service, Inc at the beautiful and brand new community, Eastrail Flats! Our co-hosts are ready to wine and dine you while you mingle with industry peers and build your professional connections. This fun and free networking event in not to be missed!

Have you heard about our Digital Passport Program? Here’s how it works: At every Tapas & Topics gathering, you’ll find a unique QR code. Just scan it to collect your digital stamp for attending! Each stamp = 1 entry into our Epic Grand Prize Drawing at the end of 2025. The more stamps you collect, the better your chances to WIN BIG! (Yes, showing up just got way more rewarding.)Are you ready to eat, mingle, and stamp your way to the top? Only one can be crowned the Tapas & Topics Digital Passport Champion... will it be YOU? 

Why are we doing this? To make sure there’s the perfect mix of property managers and suppliers at each event — so you can network like a pro, make meaningful connections, and have an awesome time doing it!

Arrival Information

Enter at the leasing office then head up to the 5th floor lounge and roof deck for the event festivities. 

Parking Instructions   

Parking is available in the parking garage. Find stalls labeled "retail 2 hour time limit". No validation or payment will be needed during the event.  

For Supplier partners

As WMFHA's supplier community grows, we ask that our supplier companies send only ONE team member to this event. This will allow for more companies to participate monthly. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. Thank you.

For All Members

We have begun to limit registration ability to those who register and do not attend without notice. Please respect your fellow WMFHA members by notifying Hannah (hannah@wmfha.org) within 24 hours of the event if you cannot attend so we can open up your spot to other members. If you register and do not attend, you won't be permitted to register for the following month.
