Join us at the lovely property, Bella Sonoma, for the September Tapas and Topics! Co-hosted by FPI and Alliance Flooring. Our co-hosts are ready to bring some new and exciting food and festivities to this exclusive, members only networking event. Don't miss it!

Have you heard about our Digital Passport Program? Here’s how it works: At every Tapas & Topics gathering, you’ll find a unique QR code. Just scan it to collect your digital stamp for attending! Each stamp = 1 entry into our Epic Grand Prize Drawing at the end of 2025. The more stamps you collect, the better your chances to WIN BIG! (Yes, showing up just got way more rewarding.)Are you ready to eat, mingle, and stamp your way to the top? Only one can be crowned the Tapas & Topics Digital Passport Champion... will it be YOU? 

Why are we doing this? To make sure there’s the perfect mix of property managers and suppliers at each event — so you can network like a pro, make meaningful connections, and have an awesome time doing it!

Arrival Information

Join us in the leasing office and outdoor patio space. Doors will be open, come on in!

Parking Instructions   

Limited parking available at the leasing office. Additional street parking will be available. Carpooling suggested.  

For Supplier partners

As WMFHA's supplier community grows, we ask that our supplier companies send only ONE team member to this event. This will allow for more companies to participate monthly. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. Thank you.

For All Members

We have begun to limit registration ability to those who register and do not attend without notice. Please respect your fellow WMFHA members by notifying Hannah (hannah@wmfha.org) within 24 hours of the event if you cannot attend so we can open up your spot to other members. If you register and do not attend, you won't be permitted to register for the following month.
