What Happened to Customer Service?
In a world where businesses are often understaffed and employees feel burned out, it is usually the customer that suffers. We experience this at restaurants, retail, our bank and yes...even when looking for an apartment. Join us as we brainstorm solutions to bring great customer service back to our industry. We look at ways to overcome obstacles and look at what we can learn from other industries.
Network with your fellow credential holders...see old friends and make new ones! This industry is all about relationships.
