New construction of multi-family housing projects has been one of Absher’s primary markets for decades. Our extensive housing experience includes wood-framed, multi-level apartments, condominiums, hotels, student/military housing, mixed-use and multi-family housing. Our portfolio of 25+ affordable housing projects with 9,000+ housing units includes collaboration with Seattle Housing Authority, Tacoma Housing Authority, Downtown Emergency Service Center, and Africatown.
Absher has served the Northwest’s public, private and non-profit housing development groups for decades. We provide intelligent and insightful preconstruction and construction expertise that delivers on the promise of quality work, teamwork, efficiency and mutual trust. Many of these projects have utilized public funds from the City of Seattle Office of Housing programs, Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit investments, and other public funding sources.
