Maintenance Appreciation 2025 is officially in the books, and what a fantastic celebration it was! On Thursday, October 16, the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) hosted two high-energy appreciation events in Tukwila and Lynnwood, honoring the dedicated maintenance professionals who keep our communities running smoothly.
Over 250 maintenance professionals from across Washington came together to enjoy an afternoon filled with bowling, food, fun, and camaraderie. These events weren't just about strikes and spares—they were about recognizing the hard work and essential contributions of the people who keep multi-family housing safe, functional, and thriving every single day.
Lynnwood: Maintenance Appreciation North
The Maintenance Appreciation North event, held in Lynnwood, brought together a competitive and spirited group of professionals who brought their A-game to the lanes. Here are the top highlights:
